For your safety
MN Adventure conducts all trips in a safe and responsible manner, utilizing qualified, experienced guides and the specific equipment required for each activity.
However, outdoor adventures involve an inherent risk of accidents and injuries. By participating, you acknowledge and accept that the trip includes a certain degree of risk, and that you participate at your own responsibility. MN Adventure cannot be held liable for accidents, loss of equipment, or injuries resulting from a failure to follow instructions and guidelines provided by MN Adventure or our guides.
Please note that photos may be taken during the trip for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
Participation in our activities is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
E-signing your waiver: You can fill this out now, or do it post-payment. All participants need a signed Safety Waiver pre-trip. To speed things up on your adventure day, please bring a copy or a screenshot of the signed/accepted safety waiver for your adventure.

Safety Waiver and Regulations – MN Adventure
Welcome to adventures and guiding with MN Adventure. To ensure the safety of all participants, it is a requirement that you read, understand, and accept the following terms before the trip begins.
1. Skills and Participation Requirements
Cycling Skills: You must have basic cycling proficiency and be able to control the bicycle on the surface the trip is designed for (trail/gravel).
Age Limit: The minimum age for participation is 13 years (during the calendar year).
Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have written approval from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Maximum Weight: The maximum weight for participants on our rental bikes/trips is 120 kg.
2. During the Trip and Guide Instructions
Safety Briefing: You are required to pay close attention during the guide's safety briefing before start, and you must ensure that you have understood everything covered. Ask immediately if anything is unclear.
Instructions: You are obligated to follow the guide's instructions, signs, and directions at all times throughout the trip.
Protective Equipment: It is mandatory to wear an approved bicycle helmet during the entire activity.
3. Health and Physical Conditions
Duty to Inform: If you use regular medications, or have previous injuries/medical conditions that may be affected by the activity, you are required to inform the guide prior to the trip.
Health Restrictions: The activity is generally not recommended for individuals with:
Heart or lung problems
Back or neck problems
Other physical challenges that impair balance or reaction time
Pregnancy (depending on the difficulty of the trip)
If you are unsure about your own physical conditions, you are required to contact us well in advance of the trip.
4. Liability and Risk
Mountain biking and trail riding involve a certain inherent risk of falls and accidents. Participation is at your own risk. MN Adventure cannot be held financially liable for injuries to persons or personal equipment, unless the damage is due to gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
Participants are personally responsible for having valid travel and accident insurance that covers the relevant activity.

Welcome to hiking and guiding with MN Adventure. To ensure the safety of all participants, it is a requirement that you read, understand, and accept the following terms before the hike begins.
1. Physical Fitness and Equipment Requirements
Physical Fitness: You must be in adequate physical shape to complete the hike's designated distance and elevation gain.
Footwear and Clothing: You are responsible for wearing appropriate hiking boots with good ankle support and grip, as well as wind- and waterproof clothing suited for changing Norwegian mountain weather.
Age Limit: The minimum age for participation is 13 years (during the calendar year), unless otherwise specified for family-friendly hikes.
Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have written approval from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
2. During the Hike and Guide Instructions
Safety Briefing: You are required to pay close attention during the guide's safety briefing before start, and you must ensure that you have understood everything covered. Ask immediately if anything is unclear.
Instructions: You are obligated to follow the guide's instructions, trail choices, and pace directions at all times throughout the hike. Do not wander off the path or separate from the group without permission.

2. During the Trip and Guide Instructions
Safety Briefing: You are required to pay close attention during the guide's safety briefing and paddle technique overview before launch. You must ensure that you have understood everything covered. Ask immediately if anything is unclear.
Instructions: You are obligated to follow the guide's instructions, route choices, and commands at all times while on the water. Stay within the designated group formation.
Safety Equipment: It is mandatory to wear an approved, correctly fitted personal flotation device (life jacket) during the entire activity.
Clothing: You must wear appropriate clothing for the water temperature, as instructed by your guide (e.g., wetsuit/drysuit or quick-drying layers).
3. Health and Physical Conditions
Duty to Inform: If you use regular medications, or have previous injuries/medical conditions (especially shoulder, back, or heart issues) that may be affected by paddling, you are required to inform the guide prior to launch.
Health Restrictions: The activity is generally not recommended for individuals with:
Heart or lung problems
Severe shoulder, back, or neck problems
Epilepsy or other conditions that may cause sudden disorientation
Pregnancy (depending on the water conditions and difficulty of the trip)
If you are unsure about your own physical conditions, you are required to contact us well in advance of the trip.
4. Liability and Risk
Kayaking involves inherent risks associated with water sports, including capsizing and exposure to cold water. Participation is at your own risk. MN Adventure cannot be held financially liable for injuries to persons or personal equipment (including electronics brought onto the water), unless the damage is due to gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
Participants are personally responsible for having valid travel and accident insurance that covers kayaking.
